Returns

Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges of items, unless damaged. We do strive for complete customer satisfaction, so please reach out to us if there is a problem with an item you purchased from us. We will happily investigate and do everything we can to reach a resolution with you!

Shipping

Please note in warmer months, shipping times might change. We time our shipments as best we can so they are not sitting in hot warehouses over the weekend. Note that processing times can change and will be listed on the “announcement bar” at the top of our page.

Incorrect Address Policy 

We are not responsible for any errors made in your billing or shipping addresses. Please double check all information prior to placing your order. All shipping labels will be made to the address you provided. In the event an order is placed and the shipping address is incorrect or invalid and sent back to us, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated to have the order re-shipped. If you notice that you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately to see if we can help.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We do everything in our power to ensure fast, accurate deliveries, but errors can occur. Once packages leave our facility we have no control over the route USPS or UPS uses to deliver your package. In the event that your package is delayed via USPS or UPS, please contact us within five days of expected delivery for assistance in locating your package. If necessary, we will file a claim for your missing package and reissue the order after the carrier has investigated and determined the package cannot be located.  

Damaged Products on Arrival

We do our best to ensure products are packaged safely and securely. In the event something arrives damaged please take detailed pictures of the products as well as the packaging and email them to us.
